Creating a Transfer
Navigate to Stock Transfers
Click "Stock Transfers" in the sidebar
Click "New Transfer"
Start a new transfer request
Select Locations
Choose the "From" location and "To" location
Add Items
Select items and quantities to transfer
Submit for Approval
The transfer request is sent for approval
Transfer Actions
Approve
Approve pending transfer requests
Ship
Mark items as shipped / in transit
Receive
Confirm receipt at destination
Cancel
Cancel a pending transfer
Stock Adjustments
Stock levels at the source location are reduced when items are shipped. Stock at the destination is increased when items are received.
